Our best-selling Superdry Heavy Traffic Matting is ideal for removing moisture and dirt from forklift tyres, protecting your floor and reducing the risk of the truck skidding. Available in the size 1.15 x 1.8m, multiple mats can be installed next to one another to ensure a fit which meets your workplace needs.
Specifications:
- The Superdry Heavy Traffic Mat is designed to prevent forklift trucks from slipping on concrete floors
- Waffle pattern to easily draw out forklift wheel dirt and water, protecting your floors
- Essential in any warehouse where forklifts are required to manoeuvre goods
- Can be used in both dry and wet environments
- Install by using double sided tape, ensuring a sturdy finish
- Easily fit multiple mats next to each other
- Easy to clean with a stiff brush or vacuum
- Manufactured using PP carpet and a rubber base for security
- Only suitable for forklifts driving straight over the matting in a straight line

Installation:
- For best results, install matting onto levelled floor
- Ensure desired location for matting is clean and dry with no debris residue, as this may prevent long-term finish
- Clean the rubber back of the mat and stick double-sided tape along the edges of the mat
- Add an additional 6 stripes of double-sided tape along the centre for improved security
- Peel off backs of double-sided tape
- Two persons then lift the mat, flip it over, and place on the floor in the desired area
- Repeat if required with other mats
