    Across the UK, we use pallets that are sized at 1200mm x 1000mm. They are larger than the pallets used in Europe, making them perfect for shipping goods across the UK only. However, they can still fit into UK trailers designed for this larger footprint.

    To accommodate these pallets, we offer a wide selection of UK-focused Pallet Racking units. Our cost-effective Build-Your-Own UK Pallet Racks are available in multiple widths and heights, helping to accommodate a wide variety of warehouse sizes. The smallest 1350mm wide unit has a load capacity of 3540kg UDL per level, whilst the widest 1350mm unit can support 3790kg UDL.

    Additional accessories can also be purchased to create a fully custom storage system. Protectors can be bought, ideal for ensuring pallets are not damaged due to accidental forklift truck impact. We also offer the option to upgrade the decking placed between the shelving beams. This range includes either open timber or wire mesh decking, enhancing overall visibility between each storage level.

    On the other hand, Euro Pallets have a smaller footprint of 1200mm x 800mm. These measurements have been standardised under the European Pallet Association (EPAL). This makes them perfect for shipping items across the entirety of Europe in trailers and containers.

    Ideal for installing inside international distribution centres, Euro Pallet Racking provides a narrower framework. The Dual-Bay Pallet Racking Kit for Euro Pallets has a depth of 900mm, with a much wider surface area. The W5742mm unit can hold up to 24 pallets across 3 robust levels. The included framework consists of powder-coated beams, adding a level of protection against forklift damage.

    The kit comes with all the vital racking components needed to create a stable and durable storage solution. This includes integral frames and beams, as well as locking pins, levelling shims and floor fixings. These are all crucial additions when installing a heavy-duty warehouse unit yourself.
