Modular Lift Out Barrier System

Accessibility is a fundamental element to achieve within your workplace. That is why we have designed our Modular Lift-Out Barrier System, with removable rails to allow for pedestrian or machinery access or exit routes, without needing to disassemble the entire barrier system.

We offer a selection of end posts, centre posts and corner posts, helping to create a customisable barrier system. Our rails also come in multiple lengths, ranging from 300 to 3000mm. This helps your workplace cater to the size of machinery you may require to pass through your posts once the rails are removed.

Easy to install with the floor fixings supplied, this safety fence is ideal for workplaces where future expansion may be required. The modular design makes it simple to extend without removing the entire system. Simply purchase more rails from us, and install them with ease!

FULLY WELDED SAFETY BARRIERS

Fully Welded Safety Straight Barriers

We also offer a wide selection of safety barriers with a permanently attached design. Our Fully Welded Safety Barriers come in three different orientations, including straight barriers, corner barriers, and even gates. These barriers can be placed next to one another seamlessly, helping to create a protective barrier system.

In between the two rails, you can choose whether to include a mesh centre. The mesh centre acts as a second layer of protection, as it is in line of sight for forklift drivers. Additionally, it can prevent items from falling through the rails and into pedestrian walkways, reducing the risk of slips, trips and falls.

Alternatively, the no-mesh design makes the cleaning process easier to achieve and ideal for placement in environments where stopping vehicular access is required, not materials. They are also more cost-effective and have a shorter lead time.
