What is a Mobile Workbench?

Our portable workbenches are your typical workbench, just on wheels! They are designed for DIY, tradespeople, warehouse workers and more. They are perfect for working on the go, without the need to travel back and forth to your workstation. We manufacture each of our portable workbenches to suit different needs and requirements.

Key features of our Mobile Workbenches

Uniformly distributed load - Our workbench range offers low capacities for light-duty tasks, up to heavy-duty loads for larger tasks. Our heavy-duty workbenches offer 600kg UDL!
Castors - We fit most of our workbenches with 4 swivel-braked castors. This means the wheel can spin in all directions, as well as having a built-in braking system. This is usually a foot pedal.
Customisation - Our benches are available with a range of above and below bench accessories. This allows you to choose the correct storage, shelves and more, to suit you.
Worktops - We offer a wide range of different worktops, allowing you to tailor this to the tasks you will complete. We offer beech, steel, laminate and more!

Our best-selling workbenches are popular for a reason. These are our mobile heavy-duty workbenches and our mobile square tube workbenches.

The mobile heavy-duty workbench holds up to 600kg and is available in 3 widths and depths, as well as 4 worktops. We finish off the framework with a dark grey powder coating. This ensures the unit will not rust or chip.

Our mobile square tube workbenches hold up to 300kg, ideal for lighter-duty tasks. They are also available in multiple sizes to suit your space. We have pre-built kit options to make the customisation process easy for you!

Accessories

When you are thinking of workbench accessories, it can be overwhelming and confusing. Luckily, we're here to help and break it down. Here are just a few accessories we offer.

Lights - perfect for work with small parts that require precision and brightness.
Service ducts - these provide electricity to the worktop, allowing you to easily plug in electric tools.
Combi panel - perfect for hanging tools or hanging bins to store small parts in.
Drawers - we offer single and triple drawers in red, blue, green and dark grey.
Matting - if you're standing up all day, it's important to consider comfort and ergonomics.

How to maintain your Workbench

Beech worktops: If stains or dents appear, you can sand down the surface of this worktop. If the beech begins to look dry after multiple uses, you can also oil it down.

Laminate worktops: You can wipe laminate daily, keeping it clean and fresh. Avoid placing hot trays or pans directly onto the surface, ensure you use heat-protecting mats.

Linoleum worktops: Avoid using abrasive pads and harsh chemicals, simply soapy water is enough to clean this worktop!

MFC worktops: Wipe up large spills quickly, excessive water can cause the worktop to swell. Again, regular cleaning with a damp cloth and then drying it thoroughly is a great practice to maintain this worktop.

Pre-built kits

Our heavy-duty and square tube workbenches are available in pre-built kits. Each of our kits offers different types of accessories. These range from kits 1 to 3, progressing from basic to more complex options.

Kit 1 options include the bench and storage, while kits 2 and 3 include back panels, shelves and storage.

How are Shelf Trolleys effective?

Shelf trolleys can also be effective as mobile workbenches. With the option for multiple shelves, these trolleys double as storage. Our range of trolleys also comes in different sizes with different UDL capacities, to suit different requirements.
