WHAT IS THE GREATEST LOAD CAPACITY YOUR WORK REQUIRES?

The most important difference between our lift tables is the load capacity. This determines how much weight each product can raise and move safely. Our current range of mobile scissor lifts have load capacities between 150kg and 1000kg. Choosing the correct lift capacity will require you to know the heaviest possible weight. It's always better to overestimate this. It's never safe to load a lift table with items that exceed the load capacity. In each product description we clarify load capacities. This enhances the browsing experience for our customers. The lift table can also lift high quality garage equipment which can be useful for a range of our customers due to their working environments.

HOW HIGH DOES YOUR LIFT TABLE NEED TO REACH?

Our mobile tables have heights from as low as 225mm. The can raise up to around 1600mm high. The height you need will depend on the necessities of the scissor lift table . For instance, if the lift table is used as a mobile workstation. Choosing one that will raise to a comfortable height to stand over is ideal. To achieve the largest table height we recommend choosing a double scissor lift. Built to reach far greater table heights, the scissor lifts also maintain a generous load capacity.

HOW DO YOU WANT THE PLATFORM TO RAISE?

We offer a few different mechanisms to increase the lift table platform height. Most of our mobile car scissor lifts are hydraulic, using a simple foot pump action to increase the table height gradually. An affordable alternative to this is the manual scissor lift table. This is height adjustable via a rotary hand crank. It turns until the manual lift table reaches the desired height.

A faster alternative to both of these is our electric mobile scissor lift tables. Powered by batteries, the mobile trolleys operate by using buttons to easily raise the platform. They increase the cost of each unit. It will help to greatly improve work flow and production times.
