This model features a half-size lower cupboard, upper shelving, and roller bars for absorbent rolls. Making it easier than ever to store and access a variety of spill control materials. The cupboard space is particularly useful for storing and replenishing absorbents, ensuring supplies are always close at hand when needed.
With overall dimensions of H1820 × W550 × D550 mm, the station fits comfortably into many workplace environments while still offering generous storage capacity. Spill stations are especially beneficial in areas where chemicals, oils, or other hazardous substances are regularly handled. This makes them a practical addition to workshops, warehouses, factories, and other industrial settings.
We also offer two additional station configurations to suit different operational needs. This includes a full cupboard version and a quick-reach option for faster access to absorbents. The roller bar design allows the station to store absorbent rolls up to 40 cm in thickness, providing flexibility for a range of absorbent products.

SpillZone Absorbent Station 2 features a durable powder-coated finish with a Germ Guard Anti-Bacterial coating. This eliminates 99% of germs and significantly reduces the risk of cross-contamination. This is great for key touch points on the spill kit, reducing the spread of germs and harmful bacteria in the workplace. This contributes to having a cleaner and more hygienic work environment. The finish is long-lasting with a yellow (RAL 1006) and blue (RAL 5017) colour to stand out in busy work environments.

The cam lock option is the standard choice supplied with many of our cupboards. It has over 2,000 differs for additional security. Each cam lock is supplied with two keys as standard. It is ideal for environments where access needs to be restricted to authorised personnel only. Moreover, this helps to maintain control over spill response equipment.
Alternatively, the latch lock option is well-suited to areas where multiple operators may need quick access. This option allows users to add their own padlock if required for controlled access. When used without a padlock, the cupboard remains freely accessible. Furthermore, this provides quick access to absorbents by any operator during a spill incident.
Both options provide practical flexibility, allowing you to choose the level of access control that best suits your operational requirements.
